Thierry "Punch" Ruel designed a lovely website that lists as much freeware plug-ins as possible. He had to close this site for some reasons there is no need to detail here. Before closing, he has offered the content to whomever wants.

We have changed lighty the design of the original web’s page. Now, files are saved on our server to avoid dead links problems.
